Well-maintained
Cleaned regularly with little buildup. Light dust, occasional fingerprints, minimal soap scum or kitchen grease, and ordinary floor dirt.
Pet hair charges cover extra removal from safely accessible floors, stairs and surfaces. Deep upholstery detailing is a separate extra. Please select the home condition based on non-pet-hair buildup to avoid double-counting.
Move-Out Cleaning requires an emptied property. Furnished move-outs may be quoted as Deep Cleaning.
03 / LOCATION & ACCESS
We confirm the correct zone using your property address before approving a booking.
04 / OPTIONAL EXTRAS
Standard oven and refrigerator interior cleaning is included in Move-Out Cleaning. Both appliances must be emptied and safely accessible. Excessive buildup requires approval of any additional charge.
